Who we are

Bingo.com is run by Platinum Gaming Limited. For players in Great Britain we hold a licence from the Gambling Commission, account number 45322. The full legal terms on our site always take priority over this short overview.

Who can play

You need to be 18 or over to open an account with us. Gambling by anyone under 18 is a criminal offence. Each player may hold one account per brand, and the details you give us have to be true and complete.

Checks on your account

Before you can deposit, withdraw or play, we confirm your name, address and date of birth. We may ask for documents later as well. Until those checks are done, some parts of your account can be limited.

Money in and out

You can pay in with a debit card, for example Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro or Visa Electron, or with an online payment service like PayPal. Credit cards are not accepted, including through wallets. We never charge you for a deposit. The usual smallest withdrawal is £5, and money goes back to a method you have already used to deposit.

Bonuses

Only one bonus can be active at a time. Bonus money becomes cash once its wagering is complete. If you cancel a bonus, the bonus money and any winnings from it are removed.

Winnings limit

Outside progressive jackpot games and specially advertised games or promotions, the most you can win from any single wager is £250,000.

Accounts nobody uses

If an account is not used for 12 months in a row, it becomes inactive. After we tell you and try to return your balance, a monthly fee of £5 may be taken until the balance reaches zero. Logging in makes the account active again.

Closing your account

You can close your account whenever you like by following the steps on our site.
